Title: Spring Primavera

1/2lbUncooked fettucine or spaghetti
1/2lbAsparagus; trimmed, in 1"
  ; pieces
1smRed or green bell pepper; in short thin strips
1 1/2cShredded carrots
2 Cloves garlic; finely chopped
1 1/2tsItalian herb seasoning; crushed
2tbOlive oil; or veg. oil
1/4cGrated parmesan cheese

Cook fettucine as package directs; drain. Cook and stir asparagus, bell pepper, carrots, parlic and herb seasoning in skillet in hot oil over Medium-High heat, 3-5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Remove from heat. Stir in fettucine and cheese. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
